The seventh rough night, New Year’s Eve, is energetically assigned to the month of July. Summer in the northern hemisphere has just started and the days are already getting shorter. The sun is withdrawing, and so are we invited to retreat into ourselves, to contemplate. We are challenged to discover our goals of the heart.
We often set goals because we think it is expected from us, we want to appeal to others, to please someone, to do them a favour, or impress them. We just want to be accepted and loved. But in doing so we allow others to decide over us, we hand over our control to others. The best recipe to lose ourselves. Often, we do not even know anymore, who we are, where we come from, what our calling is, what makes our heart sing. This way, our undertakings will most probably be strenuous and stressful because we do not follow our passion, our heart. Thus, everything feels heavy and senseless.
Only by setting your own goals, planning, and doing what you really wish from all your heart, what is your calling, what is aligned with your values, what is your passion, what you always wanted to do, will you experience effortless success, without being stressed all the time.
You cannot wait to get going, you are highly motivated. You do not allow setbacks, hurdles, or challenges to stop you. You will just keep going until you have reached your goal. You will automatically find the right way and people will come out of the blue to support you. Everything runs its course. And - most importantly, you have fun. Underlying is an easiness and joy, even if you have to work hard.
Go and find out who you really are, what you really want, what is most important to you. Go and make our heart sing and follow your intuition to find your own goals. Go and live your life, be unique, be your true and best self.
The ritual of this rough night can help you to find the goals of your heart is journaling. It assists you to reduce stress, gain clarity and get to know yourself better.
Remember to burn one of your 13 wishes.
I wish you a merry and peaceful New Year’s Eve. Look forward to the fulfilment of your heartfelt wishes and goals of the heart. Trust and believe in yourself.
Until next year, be well, have a Happy New Year, and stay healthy.
Yours,
Sibylle
